If you would like to claim one of our Student.com guarantees then you need to contact your booking consultant at the point of booking, and you will need to make it clear which guarantee you would like to take advantage of. Don’t forget to ask any questions to the booking consultant at the time.
I want to claim a voucher?
To claim a voucher you will need to check with your booking consultant the specific terms and conditions – as it depends on the voucher and amount. The best time to check is at the point of booking. In some cases you are eligible to claim the voucher at the point of move in, or after you have completed the paperwork required.
How do I claim my cash back offer?
To claim your cash back offer you need to contact your booking consultant to ensure all the relevant information is on your account, and that the property you are booking is eligible for the offer. The accommodation provider sets the terms and conditions for cash back offers, so any questions please check with your booking consultant or if you have moved into the property, the accommodation provider directly.
When will I receive my refund?
Deposit refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account. Refunds are subject to terms & conditions and you need to speak with your booking consultant to confirm if you are eligible for one.
