How long is it valid?
Rooms and the offer are subject to availability. If more bookings are made than there are rooms available, the winners will be chosen by a random draw at the end of the promotion. The Student Housing Company, Uninest Student Residences and Nexo Residencias have the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
The promotion is valid for new bookings only for the 2020/21 academic year and the tenancy must be for a minimum of 39 weeks for the Curve, 40 weeks for participating Dublin properties and for full academic year for Garbi & Aleu.
How does the free flight offer work?
The incentive offered is cash back for the advertised amount of the cheapest available economy flight ticket from tenant’s home country to London, Dublin or Barcelona. The amount will be deducted from your final rent instalment.
Proof of flight purchase is required to validate the offer. Upon your last rent instalment please present proof of booking date of your room with us, as well as price, date, operator and seat class of your flight to be reimbursed to the max value of €300. You will also need to provide proof of flight comparisons at the time of booking to ensure you selected the cheapest available.
The Student Housing Company, Uninest Student Residences and Nexo Residencies do not accept any blame or responsibility for the delivery or operation of the flight booked. Cancelled, delayed or disrupted flights are to be handled solely by the flight operator.
The cashback offer is valid for any flight you take and is not secured against your initial flight booking. If your flight is cancelled, we will honour the cash back on the flight you do travel on.
The promotion is only valid once per room. Where a studio is being used for Dual Occupancy, only one discount will be applied.
In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated, it is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
