配置设施完善，位置非常好，门口电车站去大学去唐人街去海边都可以，真要说缺点房租稍微贵了点＋房间不是很大，不过对我来说问题不大，位置好是我的第一考虑点

... 整个公寓有6个一样的房间，客厅和厨房连在一起，大家共同share，客厅有电视、沙发、音响，厨房有一个大冰箱、炉灶、微波和炉烤箱，所有设施都非常新。除了你以为住了一个男生四个女生，都很安静好相处。
这个楼的位置是绝对的好地方，加上是最近才新建的，所以从房子到设施都非常的新，家具和电器也都是很贵的不是便宜货，更主要的是这个楼都是学生，楼下Reception每天都有组织不同的活动，可以有很多交朋友、练英语的机会，住进来每天都会过的很充实～

... WiFi 网络（同时也有网线）！下载速度20M/S。电视，音响齐全！锅碗齐全！空调客厅和室内都有，每个卧室内有自带淋浴，马桶和水龙头，洗脸盆，有大床和大窗，本人住在11楼，面向 City，每天早上阳充足，当然如果你和我一样喜欢睡懒觉的话也可以把窗帘拉下～
每个 Flat 6 个人，一人一间，Share 厨房，客厅和餐厅~！
