市区新建公寓，各种设施和房间住宿条件都很好，离阿大和南澳city west校区只有十分钟路程，省了交通费，员工服务态度很好，平时有很多免费活动，大楼里很多公共区为学生提供社交中心。但是房间里没有阳台，没地方晒衣服，一次洗衣服+烘干＝$8，建议尽量规划一个晒衣服的地方！！！
