出国之前在学旅家和朋友一起订的房子，照片和介绍非常真实，入住之后非常满意， 售后客服也很耐心，第一天由于航班问题，公寓前台下班了才到，但是客服及时帮忙解决了问题，很棒！

交通很方便，公交车站很近，去学校还是去南区都很快，安全也很安全，我预定的时候价格没有很高，性价比不错，前台员工也很热情。就是后来公寓门口在修路，开车没有很方便，车位比较贵。周围超市不多，需要走一段距离。因为特地要的高层朝阳的房间，导致房子窗户朝火车轨道，不能开窗，很难受。其他都还行，报修后维修人员来的比较慢。不是紧急的事可能要等几周。但是总体还是不错的，满意！

公寓面积约15平方，设施良好，有窗户，但不能打开；去昆士兰大学十分钟公交，附近超市有好几家。公寓安保做的很好！房租未含5.2%的税金，以作参考！
