Every member of our team is focused on delivering an excellent customer service experience to you, our resident. Our reception is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. While the reception desk is closed at night and over the weekend, we still have staff available to help if you need it. The Residential Advisors (RAs) are our student staff members who also live on campus and are available between 5pm - 10pm weeknights and 9am – 10pm on weekends. They may not be able to assist with everything themselves but are more than willing to point you in the direction of those who can. For your security or in case you lock yourself out of your room outside of these hours, a member of the UC Campus Security team is on-site to assist. Another side to life here at UniLodge Campus West | Guginya is the Community Spirit Program. It is available to all residents that live with us. It includes: events, dinners, breakfasts, sports, games nights, outings and more! Residents have access to our student common areas, including study rooms, outdoor BBQ areas, common lounges with pool tables and table tennis. We also have many common coin operated laundry rooms around the facility. We are placed in a central location in Canberra, making it very easy to get around. We are just a short walking distance to classes at the University of Canberra, and public transport to get to other universities. We are also just 10 minute walk from the Westfield Shopping mall.
