The apartment is newly built, at the rear of a renovated traditional western Australian bungalow, where the owner resides. A large, mature eucalyptus (gum) tree in the rear of the property provides ample shade and lends the place a picturesque feel. It is a short walk from a park and in a quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment has its own entrance from the street, beside the main house. It is reverse-cycle air-conditioned, and comprises three spacious rooms - A living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/study.

It has a private kitchen and living area, with large fridge, dishwasher, oven, 2-ring induction hob, sink, cupboards, ceiling fan, extractor hood, microwave and table and chairs. Outside the sliding doors (which are the private entrance to the apartment) is a wooden-decking patio area with table and chairs set, with the gum tree providing shade and calm surroundings for reading or taking meals outside.

A washing machine is available in the laundry and is free to use. A separate outside drying area and patio are situated beside the laundry.

Hampshire St is 5 minutes walk from the restaurant precinct of East Victoria Park. Here you will find the best Asian restaurants, boba and cafes in Perth. The apartment is a 1 minute walk to a bus stop, and the bus is a 5 minute ride to the Park Centre shopping mall and 15 minutes into Perth city centre.
