设施老旧，管理不到位，Wi-Fi奇差无比，也就离学校还算比较近，总的来说完全不值这个房租

我住375澳币的房间，房间地板地毯又脏又老旧，洗不干净manager嫌麻烦不让换。我的房间还有个门通往后院，那门现在用我床堵着。我才住进来两天就和我说我厕所会漏水，要修。然后我房间墙壁里还住着蚂蚁。这房是个坑绝对不要来住，谁住谁倒霉。
