It’s a 14-minute walk to University of Melbourne from your home at 303 Rathdowne Street, and a couple of minutes more to Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. There’s car parking available, and there are excellent public transport links nearby.
You’ll be sharing your student housing in Melbourne with up to 11 others; you can choose whether you’d like to have a room to yourself or share with a friend. There’s plenty of space to study — work at the desk in your room, or work on a group project in the shared living area.
When hunger strikes, whip up a feast in the shared kitchen, or invite friends over for a barbecue in the enclosed courtyard. Alternatively, order in pizza and watch a movie on the plasma TV in the shared living area.
Bills are included in your rent and there are shared laundry facilities, so you won’t have to worry about practicalities and can focus on having fun.
