every month included HK1000 utilities for all bills in total (WIFI, water, electricity, town gas), for any extra amount need to be shared by all tenants. If there are only 2 or 1 student during the period, the utilities allowance will be changed by ratio, e.g. 1 student has HKD333.3 total utilities allowance every month
