The apartment is comfortable and has been recently renovated. It has a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas. There is an outdoor area with a garden where you can use a washing machine. In the condominium there are other student apartments, which will allow for quick integration into the life of Porto! Visits are allowed according to the Owner's rules. There will be weekly visits which include preventive maintenance of the spaces.
