- CHECK-IN: Monday - Friday from 1 to 3 pm. Please come to our office located in Kantstraße with an appointment.

- PAYMENT: The booking amount paid through Student.com is considered as 1st month's rent for the tenant.

- DEPOSIT: Tenants have to pay the complete deposit equivalent to two months' rent before signing the contract and checking in/moving into the property.
