There are the following additional costs 70 euros for bills to be paid per person monthly and 13 percent of the Booking Value to be paid one time upon arrival the Booking Value is the sum of the monthly rents without including the bills. The final cleaning amount is 100 euros for shared and private rooms, 200 euros for the apartments. N.B In case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€, in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€.
