Welcome to this very pleasant apartment in a central and convenient area of Florence. The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building, a few steps from the Fortezza da Basso and many other places of interest in the city. Inside the apartment you will find a large, tastefully furnished living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a TV to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table. There are two double bedrooms, both furnished with care and equipped with spacious wardrobes for storing your personal belongings. The modern and bright bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment also features a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or your glass of wine in the evening. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wifi internet, oven, TV, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people with two double beds. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (4 euros per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
