The bedroom, equipped with the TV and a comfortable double bed, promises peaceful and restful nights. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room ensures an always pleasant climate, regardless of the outside temperatures. The bathroom, comfortable and functional, is equipped with all the necessary comforts, while the presence of a washing machine simplifies your daily needs. The modern kitchen is complete with dishwasher and oven, ideal for those who love preparing delicious dishes and want to make the most of their stay. For those who like to enjoy some fresh air, a small balcony allows you to savour the sounds and scents of the city. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount.
