Located on the first floor, this delightful two-room apartment on two levels is a perfect combination of contemporary industrial style and traditional Florentine charm. On the lower level you are welcomed by a welcoming living room/kitchen, where you can prepare delicious Italian delicacies and relax after a day of discoveries. Going up to the upper level, you will find the double bedroom and a bathroom complete with shower, where you can freshen up and recharge your batteries for another day of adventures. The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences, including air conditioning to refresh your summer evenings, an oven to prepare tasty local specialties and a TV to relax with a film after a long day of sightseeing. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
