Completing the apartment you will find the terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine upon returning from your visits to Florence. This welcoming space can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably, thanks to the double bed in the bedroom and the practical sofa bed in the living area. And don't worry about the summer heat, because the apartment is equipped with air conditioning to guarantee you a pleasant stay in any season. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
