Very cozy and quiet 1 bedroom apartment, in the centre of Milan, on the 1st floor of a beautiful typical building with elevator. Apartment’s entrance is from the “ringhiera” (typical balconies in Milan) and it’s facing the inner quiet courtyard. Entering in the apartment there is a book case to separate the hall from the living area. In the living room there are a small table next to the sofa, the TV and an opening table. Istituto Marangoni in via Cerva, is just 15 minutes walking. IED it’s only a few metres far. Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shops and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and any other shop and service are walking distance. The apartment is very good connected by public transports, you can easily reach any side of the city.
