Grab a flat white to go, or take your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi and get to work on your latest assignment. Stroll past the iconic Belfast City Hall, and spend sunny afternoons relaxing in the Titanic Garden. Pick up a new outfit in Victoria Square and spend evenings sipping Guinness at traditional pub, Kelly’s Cellars.

You’ll be ideally located for early morning lectures when you choose Swanston House as your Belfast student housing. Walk to Queen’s University in 20 minutes, or take the bus to get there in half the time. It’s a 12-minute walk to Ulster University, Belfast Campus. There’s bike storage if you prefer to cycle.

You can choose from a studio with self-contained kitchen and bathroom, or an ensuite room. Both have a 3/4 bed and a study desk and chair, as well as a wardrobe and full-length mirror. Wi-Fi and bills are included in your rent.

There’s a housekeeping service and onsite laundry to save you time on chores. That means you can spend more time making friends in the communal lounge, relaxing in the cinema room or sitting outside in the courtyard. There’s a study room where you can work with friends, and regular social events so you won’t have to leave home to have fun.
