I go to Lloyds and Abertay Union to eat.
Compared to other properties this is very good.
The standards of my room are fairly high.
There isn't much in the common room just the telly.
It's very lively sometimes too much.
Security; number locks that don't change the pin every year.
Pretty much everyone I know at the reception is helpful.

I think it's good value for money compared to other properties.

I eat at Marco Polo and KFC.
I think compared to other properties this is good value for money.
I'd describe my room as very good, cosy and has everything I need.
I use the laundry room and the common room mainly.
The atmosphere I'd give as 7/10.
The security I'd give as a 10.

A pesar de que en las fotos via Internet la residencia se veia como un piso de lujo y no lo que en verdad ofrece, the Old Mill Residence ha sido de mi agrado por la extrema proximidad al centro de la ciudad, el ambiente universitario y la comodidad de las habitaciones.

在邓迪的这一年比较舒适，工作人员态度很好，房子周围的安全性较高，虽然附近夜店晚上会遇到醉酒的人，但基本不会干扰到我们。但两人间卧室房间大小不同，建议收取不同的租金会比较公平。

Reasonable; room sizes vary so allocation of room kind of depends on luck, but kitchen and living room sizes and quality are great value for money.

Dukes corner, West House, Meat house, The Burgh Coffee House are all good places to eat/drink.
I think it's very good value for money.
My room and the facilities are basic but given everything you need to live comparably, it's fine.
I use the common room and pool tables.
There is a very good block community.
The codes on the doors are very good.

You won’t have to get a cab home after a night out when you choose student accommodation at The Old Mill. Walk five minutes to meet friends for drinks at Clarks on Lindsay Street, or take a 15-minute walk across town to sip craft beer at Braes. On weekends, browse the stores at nearby Overgate Shopping Centre, check out an exhibition at The McManus: Dundee’s Art Gallery & Museum, or take a stroll along the riverside to see the RSS Discovery.
It’s easy to get to lectures from your student housing in Dundee. Walk to University of Dundee in seven minutes, and stroll to Abertay University in just four minutes. It’s a 25-minute bus ride to St Andrew’s University. When you want to travel further afield, it’s a 15-minute walk to the train station.
You’ll never be short of company at The Old Mill. There are 388 student rooms in the building; you can choose to live in a cluster flat with four, five or six bedrooms plus shared kitchen, bathroom and living facilities, or enjoy your own space when you live in a self-contained studio. No matter what you decide you can take advantage of excellent communal facilities. Watch TV in the spacious common room, or get together with friends to play pool or ping pong.
