You don’t have to worry about the costs of using our helpful services. Student.com does not charge you anything for this service: you’ll only need to pay the rent to the property you end up selecting.
After you’ve found your preferred student housing, click “View rooms” to go to the property page. Then choose a room type you like and click “Enquire” to create an account. They will answer any questions you may have and take you through the next steps in the booking process once you are ready to book your new student home.
We offer three different types of rooms.
In the Shared Rooms, two or more people sleep in separate beds in the same bedroom. Additional living spaces such as the living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared as well.
In a Private Room, you’ll have a bedroom all to yourself. Depending on the property, your bathroom might be private or shared, while all other living spaces are shared with tenants from other rooms.
If you rent the Entire Place, you won’t have to share any living spaces or amenities with anyone as your bedroom and all the other facilities in your apartment will be just for you.
It depends on the property you choose. In most cases, all bills are included in the total cost of our student residence, so you’ll only have to pay the rent and nothing else. Different landlords may have different rules however, so make sure you always check if this is the case with the property you are looking to book.
If you want, we can definitely arrange a viewing of a property before you book it. Many of the properties we list have excellent photos and videos to give you an idea of what the property and the rooms look like though, so that is already a great starting point.
If you’ll be in Philadelphia before your move-in date, just contact us and our booking consultants will set up a viewing for you.
If you have any other questions, you can check our FAQ page or contact one of our booking consultants by phone or live chat. They are always happy to help!
