All elements in the room are brand new for the first tenants, including the bed/mattress. Flat is shared with other four rooms and it counts with two bathrooms and a big kitchen. Room is equipped with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Bed sheets and towels will be provided. All expenses are including, with cleaning of the common areas once a week.
