The LIV Student residence lands in the Viapol university area of Seville. A building built with your needs in mind that includes all the comforts and facilities that will make your time at university one of the most enriching experiences of your life.
Here you will only have to worry about your studies. We take care of the rest: comfortable rooms, cleaning and laundry services, study areas, meals, special events and much more. And when you want to relax and have fun, you won’t even have to leave the building. We have a swimming pool, multimedia room, roof terrace, gym, karaoke room, social kitchen, come and live the LIV Student experience!
Our student residence in Seville is located on Calle Camilo José Cela. One street away from the Nervión metro station that connects you to the whole city and the Pablo Olavide University, 15 minutes walk from the Royal Tobacco Factory and the city centre and less than 5 minutes from the Viapol faculties of the University of Seville.
In your free time, you can stroll around the iconic Plaza de España, explore the historic city centre, see the skyline from Las Setas, get lost in Triana, admire the Alcázar Royal Palace and walk through the Murillo gardens. Seville has so much to show you that there will always be a new plan waiting for you!
