RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate, the city hall or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee cost starting from 50 euros.
