Brickworks is located on several main bus routes, with easy access into Dublin City Centre and Tallaght, with a direct bus to UCD.

We're also in an excellent location for keen cyclists with ample bike storage and quick cycles to Phoenix Park and the Poodle trail.

We're close to the Luas tram, and within walking distance of Trinity College, DIT/TUD, the RCSI, BIMM, NCAD, Griffith College, and lots of other universities and colleges. There is a Lidl supermarket within a 2 minute walk, and also a post office, pharmacy and coffee shop/ cafe.

Whether you want to socialise or work out, there are some amazing common spaces for you to enjoy, including a gym, cinema room and roof terrace with spectacular views of Dublin. Our quiet study room is a great space to revise for exams. Our chill out/ games areas are perfect for relaxing and we even throw in a free Netflix subscription in our main lounge!

What's included

Fixed utility charges - No need to worry about splitting the bills!

* All our tenants are charged a set fee (Fair Usage Policy Applies) of €30.00 for each week of their tenancy for Utilities which covers Electricity, Internet and Waste. This charge is billed monthly in addition to rent due and payable on the 1st of each month via the Mezzino Hub.

Internet and Wi-Fi

You will have access to our high speed Wi-Fi service provided by ASK4, offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas. Additionally, you will have 200mb ethernet access in your bedroom with no usage caps.

Fully fitted kitchens

Our large modern kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an oven(s), separate oven/grill, hobs, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge(s) freezer(s), toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils. Selected kitchens have balconies too!

24/7 Residents' Gym

Bust membership fees and pump some iron in our on-site gym, open 24/7! Fully equipped with resistance and cardio machines, free-weights and multi-purpose studio. You've got no excuse not to get fit now!

In addition to the ample private study space provided in our bedrooms we also offer lots of shared study spaces in our quiet study room and open study spaces, and a resident printer.

Fitted with lazy seating, pool table, ping pong, Playstation, board games, darts and free tea/coffee dock, our ground floor lounges are the perfect place to relax and take a break from your studies. Or relax with a coffee on the 5th floor roof terrace and enjoy the spectacular views of Dublin city and the Dublin mountains.

Multipurpose studio & Sky Lounge party room

Our multipurpose studio is sound proofed, with great acoustics and is perfect for viewing parties, music rehearsals, meetings, filming, yoga and meditation.

Our Sky Lounge which opens on to our roof terrace is the place for special occasions like birthday parties and get togethers.

All residents can book both of these rooms free of charge!

You can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items. We will let you know whenever a delivery arrives for you.

Our state-of-the-art laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort. No need for queuing as our laundry app will let you see from the comfort of your apartment when machines are in use.
