CCTV is fitted throughout the property and there is controlled access throughout blocks, common areas, apartments, and bedrooms. Fitness enthusiasts will be glad to know that Highfield House has the largest gym in any Student accommodation in Ireland for residents, a basketball court and outdoor ping pong table. The property also features an awesome resident’s lounge which features a games console, pool table, foozball table, table tennis table and multiple lounge areas. Residents can also use the rooftop terrace, 2 study rooms, a cinema room, bicycle storage and laundry.

For residents with virtual elements to their studies, you will be pleased to know we have 100mb Wi-Fi throughout the property and 200mb ethernet connections in each and every bedroom.

The property is conveniently located on TU Dublin Grangegormans doorstep and is just 5 tram stops from Trinity College Dublin and 7 stops from RCSI. Even UCD is accessible from the property, taking less than 45-minutes to reach by bus.

The Grangegorman Luas stop is just a 1-minute walk away from the residence and there are various bus stops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city with your friends during your spare time. Since the accommodation is in the city’s hottest area, students will be able to enjoy their university experience as well as build their social life.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, tourist attractions, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance of the property and the knowledgeable staff will be delighted to share their favourite spots with you.
