What we offer:

Fixed utility charges -No need to worry about splitting the bills!

*All our tenants are charged an additional fixed utility fee in addition to their weekly rent (Fair Usage Policy Applies) which covers Electricity, Internet and Waste.

As a special opening offer Utility charges for 2023/24 will be ZERO.

Internet and Wi-Fi

You will have access to our Wi-Fi service offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas. Additionally, you will have 150MB ethernet access in your bedroom with no usage caps.

Fully fitted kitchens

Our large modern kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an oven, separate oven/grill, hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils. Our 8 bed apartments are even set up with two of everything so there will be no arguments for cooking spaces!

Wellness Hub

Our Wellness Hub is the perfect place to shake off the pressures of the day with Yoga spaces, Cardio Bikes, and free weights you can get away from the study and stretch out. You've got no excuse not to get fit now!

Private & group study hubs

In addition to the ample private study space provided in our apartment and studios there are lots of shared study spaces on our ground floor.

Rooftop Garden and Terrace

Our two roof top gardens are the perfect place to relax and take a break from your studies. For the sunny days you can sit out and relax on the roof terrace under the pergola looking out over the stunning city views or simply watch the world go by.

Postage service and deliveries

You can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items.

On-site laundry (local charge applies)

Our state-of-the-art laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort. No need for queuing as our laundry app will let you see from the comfort of your apartment when machines are in use.

On-site maintenance team

If things break or go wrong you have no need to worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully.

Our Res-life programme is jam-packed with social events for you and your friends to enjoy.

Safe and secure

All entrances are access controlled, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day and you’ll have no need to worry about keys as we can provide an app for your phone which will unlock your door as you walk up to it. A member of our on-site team is available day or night, so you feel safe and secure all the time.

Cycling is one of the best and easiest ways to travel around so if you’re bringing your bike with you, it will always have a home.
