You’ll be a short stroll from Liverpool city centre at Windsor Court. Stop at the World Museum along the way to check out its collection of Egyptian mummies and the meteorite from Mars, or browse the paintings by Rembrandt and Monet at the Walker Art Gallery. Then, wander between the monuments in St John’s Gardens. You can head to Moose Coffee café afterwards to refuel with homemade potato hash and bacon, and meet your friends later for fruity cocktails at Motel Bar. Finish your evening at Brooklyn Mixer, dancing along to the resident DJs over three floors.
You’ll find it easy to get to class from Windsor Court, no matter where you’re studying. Walk less than 10 minutes to the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University, or 15 minutes to the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. If you’re attending Liverpool Hope University, you can drive to your classes in 20 minutes and drop your car off in Windsor Court’s secure underground parking facility at the end of a busy day.
Take the elevator up to your apartment and rustle up a quick snack in your stylish kitchen. Sit at the breakfast bar to eat and sip a coffee as you catch up on your reading, or dine alfresco in the sunshine if you’ve chosen an apartment with a balcony. Then, you can use the free Wi-Fi to chat to your friends back home, or get started on your assignments at the desk.
After a good study session, you can kick back on the sofa in the living area and watch your favourite shows on the flatscreen TV, or head to Windsor Court’s common room to watch Sky TV with your neighbours. Then, grab a pile of clothes and head downstairs to wash them in the on-site laundry facilities.
Later, freshen up with a hot shower in your bathroom and choose an outfit from your wardrobe, before joining your friends for a night of dancing at Heebie Jeebies nightclub. Have fun knowing your belongings are being kept safe with secure door entry and CCTV, and that there’s a friendly maintenance team on hand to help with any problems.

Politica di cancellazione
You can cancel your tenancy agreement for up to 14 days after the date of your booking (the Initial Cancellation Period). For bookings made from 1st August to 30th September ahead of the academic year the booking is for, the Initial Cancellation Period reduces to 7 days. We will refund the full security deposit.
Please note, £20 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover any international bank charges for deposit refunds made to non-UK banks.
If you cancel your booking after the Initial Cancellation Period, you remain liable for the weekly rent (for each and every week or part week) until you are able to find another tenant that is acceptable to Homes for Students and we are able to re-let the room. The replacement tenant must be over the age of 18 and a have the necessary student status (it is your responsibility to find another tenant and provide them with the correction information). If you find a suitable replacement tenant and the room is re-let we will refund your deposit, less any appropriate charges, as well as a deduction of £50 for the variation of the contract.
