The apartment is really cosy , brand new, just restored and super quiet. Its beauty is all the lights from many windows on the the main monuments of Florence. Perfectly located on a pedestrian street full of nice restaurants, cafe and nice shops, right next to sant Ambrogio market a very typical Florentine food's market. the apartment is on a third and last floor with no elevator. The expences such as gas and electricity are not included in the rent price. A charge of 60 euro for linen cleaning and towel will be applied. The apartment needs to be left clean as founded.
