This apartment consists of a living room with a small adjoining kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a single sofa bed so the apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking. Please note: Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading of the monthly bills, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. Final cleaning 70 euros. 45 euros/month for condominium.
