Cozy apartment for rent located in Via Senese a stone's throw from Porta Romana in Florence. The apartment is on two levels and is composed as follows: on the lower level there is the living room with the kitchen and the bathroom, on the upper floor there is a small space with a sofa bed and the master bedroom. This apartment is appreciated for its excellent location near from the historic center of Florence but outside the restricted traffic area. The house is bright and well equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and everything needed for cooking. Please note: Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. Tourist tax: the tourist tax required by the municipality of Florence is to be paid upon check-in. The cost is 4 per person per night up to 7 nights. Children under 12 are exempted from paying this tax.
