The house is located on the second floor of a beautiful building located in a strategic position a few steps from many points of interest and from the tramway stop that connects the historic center with the Florence airport. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (4 euros per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
