Weekly housekeeping can be included at SGD 400 per month. This includes a change of linens, general cleaning of the apartment and dishwashing of no more than 10 pieces.
Utilities will be billed according to usage and the invoice will be issued 1-month later.
Metroresidences will absorb all maintenance cost(s) related to wear and tear. Tenants are responsible for any damage resulting from negligence. Our general maintenance rectification window is within 2 business days.
