One-time Registration fee S$324 (Non-refundable)

Rental Fee (Based on the room type and leasing period, 6 month/12 month, full-payment upon check-in) l 1 month rental fee as deposit (refundable)

S$500 deposit for utilities, will be used to offset the water and electricity expenses in contract period.

Remarks: Rental does not include the water and electricity expenses.

Room Booking

You need to prepare following for booking confirmation:

• One- month rental as deposit (Refundable)*
• S$324 One-time Registration fee
• Passport copy
• Bank slip for remittance

Notice: There is no refund of deposit and registration fees once your booking had been confirmed.
