Booking fee of S$450 is paid when reserving, which includes a one-time administration fee of S$200 and a part of rental fee;
Pillows/pillow cases/bed sheets arenot includedin the quoted rates;
Security deposit (equivalent to one month’s rental) and one month’s advance rental is to be paid upon signing of License Agreement and all payments must be made upon check-in; all payment to the hostel can only be madein cash or transferred money (local card)
Security deposit or booking fee (whichever is paid) will be forfeited if reservation / booking is cancelled;
Requests to change unit during / after check-in will be subjected to an administration fee of S$160.50;
Limited selection of choice unit is available at an additional charge of S$53.50;
Peak period surcharges between 3-7% are applicable for check-ins in the months of June to August and November to January
