Access
The guest has access to the entire apartment!
Space
Hardwood floors, renovated tiled kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, modern tiled bath, huge sunny living room and dining area, and a master bedroom with an alcove!
Area above kitchen is slightly receptive to noise from overhead unit.

Important things to note:
Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a neighborhood with a mix of industrial and residential properties. The streets can get busy at times. There are a few homeless people nearby that wander the streets at night. Kindly read up on the neighborhood so you are more acquainted with it and know what to expect.
There are 3 CCTVs in the building,
1 located along the hallway,
1 located on the main building door, and
1 located on the back porch (for parking).
All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in any private areas or inside bedroom, only in the common areas.
For everyone's safety, this unit has a built-in noise and smoke monitoring system that sends us an email notification if any loud noise or smoking is detected. A building fine of $1,000 per incident will be passed on to guests once detected.
Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.
1) Completing our guest verification form which includes providing a selfie along with a photo ID through our secure third-party tool.
2) Signing a Rental Agreement

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.
House Rules and Safety
* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.
This is a self check-in apartment. Our virtual team is made available to assist you for any in-stay concerns. We are easily contactable through the booking channel, email, and phone. We also have on-ground personnel that can assist with cleaning and maintenance-related concerns.
