    I recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Albany in Auckland, NZ -- either for study or tourism. Sandy Wang, the person in charge of the facility is very nice and respectable, and always does all what he can to make us feel best comfortable. Regarding the facilities, everything inside the house itself works smoothly. Also, upgrades and addings keep on being implemented all the time. However, because the house is on like a mountain area, the walls are thin and can't conceal other compartments' sounds, which could be annoying. As for the neighborhood, it's very calm and suitable for study. It's around 30 minutes far, on foot, from the nearest 'Pak N Save' supermarket. Lastly, regarding commuting, it's not far from the nearest bus station -- around 5-7 minutes, on foot, and around 35 minutes (on foot) to the main Albany bus station.

    The accommodation is good, the rent is affordable, people are very nice and friendly. Most importantly, it is near the university and whole facilities such as the Albany Library and the shopping center.The only thing that I found strange is the size of the room. It is really small.
