The common spaces include a modern and equipped kitchen and laundry room and a spacious and comfortable dining/living room with a large TV. The house has 2 excellent WIFI networks. The apartment has an excellent location, with Benfica train station in front and numerous buses to many points in the city. On-site parking is easy and free. Benfica is the perfect place to reside if you want to retreat to tranquility at the end of a long and hectic day. Monsanto is very close by where you can walk, run or bike. Overnight guest stay: subject to prior authorization and with additional costs. Cleaning: 1 weekly included. Additional expenses per room/month: 50euros electricity, 50euros water, 50euros gas.
