Property Details
48 Wilkie Apartment all rooms include air conditioning, wardrobe, desk, chair, and bed. Public areas with microwaves, induction cookers, refrigerators, washing machines and kitchens provided.
3-10 min walking distance to SMU, NAFA, LASALLE College, Kaplan, YMCA, Informatics and Australasia Academy College.
10-20 min by Bus to JCU, PSB city campus, SHRM, NIM, Raffles Design Institute
Remarks: Utility charges such as water, electricity and network bill are not included.
Ø Registration fee S$168 (Non-refundable)
Ø Rental Fee (Based on the room type and leasing period, 6 month/12 month, full-payment)
Ø Deposit, based on type of room, 1 month rental fee as deposit (refundable)
Ø S$500 deposit for utilities, based on monthly expense and refund the rest when the contract expired.
Once you have confirmed your reservation, you have to pay:
• One- month rental as deposit (Refundable when check out)*
• S$168 registration fee
And attached the passport copy, IPA and accommodation registration fee receipt on application form.
Notice: There is no refund of deposit and registration fees once your reservation has been confirmed.
