The stated price does not include weekly housekeeping services and utilities (electricity and water) bill.   

A one-time SGD 300 check out deep cleaning fee will be charged.   

Weekly housekeeping can be included at SGD 300 per month. This includes a change of linens, general cleaning of the apartment and dishwashing of no more than 10 pieces.   

Utilities will be billed according to usage and the invoice will be issued 1-month later. On average, the utility bill for a 1 Bedroom apartment ranges from SGD 50 – SGD 200 and for a 2 Bedroom Apartment, it ranges from SGD 70 – SGD 300. (An individual who sleeps without air conditioning can expect to pay about SGD 60 per month for utilities.)   

Metroresidences will absorb all maintenance cost(s) related to wear and tear. Tenants are responsible for any damage resulting from negligence. Our general maintenance rectification window is within 2 business days.
