A one-time SGD 300 check out deep cleaning fee will be charged. Weekly housekeeping can be included at SGD 300 per month. Utilities will be billed according to usage and the invoice will be issued 1-month later. (An individual who sleeps without air conditioning can expect to pay about SGD 60 per month for utilities.) Metroresidences will absorb all maintenance cost(s) related to wear and tear.
