Please note that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with the accommodation provider the latest 2 months prior moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move-out is only possible at the end of the month.
