Take your time getting ready each morning knowing you’re a short 10-minute walk to classes at Dublin City University. When you want to head into the city centre, there’s half a dozen buses that pass along your road and they’ll have you crossing the River Liffey and in the thick of it all in under half an hour. Right by your home you’ll find all the essentials for student life like fast food restaurants, a shopping centre, cinema, large supermarket and café.
At the end of a day of lectures, come home to the large house you’ll share with friends at Swords Road. There’s an option to suit every budget with a single room, twin or double ensuite rooms as well as a separate studio apartment. Seek that little bit of extra privacy in the studio where you can make yourself breakfast and take over the sofa with your notes and textbooks when it’s exam time.
Get to know your housemates sitting in the lounge looking out the bay window, or head out into the large garden on sunny days. Take turns cooking in the kitchen that’s equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and kettle, eating together around the dining table. Throw on a load of washing anytime you need and use the iron and ironing board to iron a shirt before a date. There’s Wi-Fi included in your rent, which is perfect if you want to call your folks back home or plough through your research. The house is well connected by public transport but if you decide to drive you can always park in the private parking space.
