Utillities are euro 240,00 for each month. For the months of July and August the utilities are set at 290 euros. Check-in is not possible during the weekend. For stays up until 6 months is required a 1 moth deposit, for stays longer than 6 months the deposit equals 2 months rent. The admin fee refers to the stipulation and registration of the contract. An Italian tax code codice fiscale is necessary for the contract registration. This apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. It has its private door lock but it's located in one single spacious apartment with other two studios. These three studios have in common a corridor and a laundry. The neighbourhood is one of the coolest of the city with lot of restaurants, cafés and shops.Check-in time to arrange with the accommodation provider, available from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM.
