If cancellation is made greater than 90 days before the Check In Date, 75 per cent of the total rent will be refunded to the Guest. If canceled between 60 – 90 days before the Check In Date, 50 per cent of the total rent will be refunded to the Guest. If cancellation is made 30 – 60 days before the Check In Date, 25 per cent of the total rent will be refunded to the Guest.
