Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills! In addition to the ample private study space provided in your studio we also have a shared study hub, perfect for group studying if you want change of scenery from your room but still want to study.

Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out. We also have Security Guards on duty. Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.
