    I usually eat at Nandos or the Live Lounge. I don't know a lot about different residences so I don't know how it compares. Security we have cameras due to an incident when some drunk people came into the campus. Rachel, the manager is very helpful. I go to the parks or have lunch if I want to socialise. On our floor we have a small group who socialise but on other floors they don't talk to each other. The standard of my room and facilities is high. They try to refurbish the building and will keep on top of painting.

    ... for. Burger King and the barker are places I like to eat. I think this property is very good value for money given it's location. The standards of my room are good, but there are a few areas needing work. For example, the lack of common room, bike facilities is the basement and the washing machine always jams, they should use a cashless facility. CCTV is very useful for building security. Rachel has been very helpful and a quick responder. She is available most of the time even after the office closes.

    ... local. I like eating at Ask Italian which is nearby. I don't really think this is good value for money when compared to others in the area; rent is actually going up next term! The facilities and my room are good, everything is new here. The code on the door helps keep things safe. Rachel, takes care of the building. Everyone is friendly, but we don't really mix, I usually hand with my friends.

    I think it is too expensive when compared to other properties in the area. The room and facilities are of a good standard. I tend to use the kitchen and the atmosphere here is good. I feel safe, but in other places they have key cards for the gate and each floor. Friendly staff.

    I normally go to Cathays as that's were my friends are. It's expensive but it is nice. My room and the facilities are good. The door system is good. Rachel, the manager emails quite a bit so we know what is going on.

    I really like Starbucks. It's a little bit more expensive when compared to other properties in the area. The standard of my room and facilities is good, but it could be better generally. I feel secure.

    I generally eat at the Harvester. It is good value for money but there are cheaper properties in other areas of the City. I use the laundry and the bike shed, but that's a bit difficult to access. Everyone is really friendly. Security has electronic locks; means only residents can get in without someone letting them in.

    Also near the park. I like to eat at TGI and Starbucks. I think it's good value for money because all the bills are included. It's a modern clean building; there were some problems with the old management. The people I do see are friendly. Locks on all the doors are great. There are a few doors to go through as well as CCTV at the entrance. Rachel, the manager is helpful.
