    位置优越在市中心,生活便利,距离大巴铁路都很近,但是凌晨非常吵闹,几乎没有暖气

I like to eat at Artiganno which is an Italian place. I think this property is good value for money. I think the standard of my room and the facilities is amazing! I have super premium room though. I live on 5th floor. There is a good atmosphere. Security-wise there is CCTV and I like that only the residents can enter. Rachael, the manager and Graham, maintenance and the other fella who works with Rachel are all very helpful.

I'm not really here much at the weekends. I think it's good value but I do have to pay for 3 extra months that I am not here (over summer: 51 week contract). I use the communal gym. We all come from different places and go to different unis so we don't really socialise. There are mainly studios so we have our own kitchen too. I know two people here. I feel safe because there are cameras, and there's a fob system.

... too. I tend to eat in my kitchen. Yes, excellent value for money compared to Northgate. Their rooms are too small. The standard of my room and the facilities is really comfortable, all clean. There is a nice feel atmosphere-wise. This building is secure because there is 24 hour CCTV. Staff are helpful and quick to solve problems.

I generally eat next door at Buffalo. I think it depends on your budget if you think this place is good value for money. I don't socialise much with the other students but everyone is very friendly. Double lock on doors. Rachel and Graham have been very helpful.

I tend to eat at City Road; Chilli Basil. I think the standard of my room and the facilities is good; economical, just okay, spacious enough. I use the garage for my bicycle. I generally see my friends outside the building and don't socialise at the property. The security system, fire equipment and evacuation procedure, insulation of piping is all good. The staff are all okay.

I tend to use Café Nero for eating/drinking. I don't know how this property compares to others in the area. My room and the facilities are really great. My room is small though, but the furniture is big so there isn't enough room for my stuff. Communal areas; I'd like to use the cinema but it's best in a group, would help socially. Other than that I use the laundry room. The fob system makes me feel very safe. Outsiders can't come in. Rachel's been very helpful.

I eat at Jamie's. I think it compares with other properties in terms of value for money. The standard of my room and facilities is new, modern and safe. I use the Cinema and the gym; 24 hours gym. I usually chill with my flatmate. There are 3 doors of security and CCTV. Abek - very nice guy, I recommended a friend to come and he was helpful. Rachel is very nice.

I usually eat at Buffalo-Gwyhdy ho (welsh name-it's a pub). In terms of good value for money, I don't think it's great, I think you pay for the location. The standard of my room and the facilities is fine. I use the cinema room and the gym. The whole security detail makes it safe. Rachel (the manager) is lovely, sorted loads of finance stuff, etc.

I drink at Starbucks and Eat in St Davids and Milk & Sugar next door. I think it's very good value for money, although expensive but worth it. I think the standards of my room and the facilities are pretty good. I've used the cinema once; good to know it's there. The people are pretty friendly and I like the 'fob' security. With a house you don't have that, you can't fake a fob. The staff are very friendly. Rachel is amazing. Graham is very cool too.
