First, the room wasn't clean on my arrival, but it was nothing compared to how the kitchen was. There were garbage everywhere, bottles, the wood floor was detached from the floor. The stools were broken. No microwave. I asked for it, it was supposed to be ordered.... still waiting for it 6 weeks after, apparently it was coming from another planet to take so long to come. When you allow people to stay for less than a year it's not normal that they suffer from the lack of cleanliness of students staying there a year long, there should be a cleaning agent at least twice a week. Then, it is supposed to be only one person/room. One of my "roommate" hosted his girlfriend for 2 whole months without her paying any rent, that's unfair to people who follows the rules and pay their rent that 2 people can stay with only one paying. The building manager has be told so but didn't seemed to care. About the hot water - impossible to have unless you take a shower in the middle of the night. And finally, the parking area. It is said on various websites that there is a parking area that's why I chose this building because I was coming from FRANCE with my car. On my arrival the manager told me that I couldn't park there because other students had booked and paid for the spots. So I had to park 15mins walk away from the building everyday. There is still a long list of why I hate this place but I think I can stop here. Don't go there.

Room too small! Students are strange and they throw things by the window and they break cars all the time. I don't recomend.!

    Description:
Let living in a converted Victorian schoolhouse set the tone for your stay in Chester. You’ll fall in love with this charming city filled with connections to its Roman and Medieval past. Follow the Roman wall around the city and marvel at the black and white Tudor buildings filled with boutiques and cafés. Walk through gardens that burst with colour in the spring and past the remarkable cathedral on your way into town. Or find a peaceful spot by the river to sit and study.

The outside of Trinity Hall is the same stunning red brick schoolhouse it was in Victorian times, with large windows and a slate roof. A striking glass corridor leads to a modern extension and throughout the building you’ll find ensuite rooms sleek in design, with fitted furniture.

Step outside and walk 10 minutes one way to be in class at the University of Chester, or in another direction to the train station. You’re moments from the city so popping to hit the shops or meeting up with friends for lunch is a breeze.

If a day sitting in class has left you with energy to burn you can go for a jog along the canal that runs right by your home. Or jump on your bike - hire one from Trinity Hall - and follow signs to the vast open space of Chester Meadows.

Come home feeling invigorated and possibly peckish. Make yourself a snack in the open plan kitchen/lounge area you share with friends. Have a well-earned rest on the couch as you watch a little TV. Back in your room, take a shower in your private ensuite before hitting the books at your desk.

Maximise your study time by taking advantage of the services Trinity Hall offer. Arrange a room clean, your laundry, or your printing. There’s even someone to help you settle in the area and give you a hand with travel. The broadband and Wi-Fi throughout the building mean you can watch videos and trawl the net any time you like.
