Recently moved my daughter into Parker House, very impressed! The welcome on moving day could not be faulted from the smiling, waving helpers and security guard to the rugby lads who trollied all the stuff to the 7th floor with a smile and helpful chat. The flat had recently been refurbished and is spotless, everything u need and plenty of space, When we booked I was a bit concerned that the flat was on the 7th floor, should not have worried the view of the city and over Firth to Fife is awesome. We attended the welcome chat, again all helpful advice and stuff you need to know the whole team made what could be a very stressful day easy and informative. Can't say enough about them, if this keeps up will be booking for next year for sure! Well done Parker House Team 😀

... 4 mins walk from the town centre.
I eat at Nandos, Superstore, Beefeater.
This property is newer and modern, other accommodations aren't up to this standard so I think it is good value for money.
I use the common room because it is currently our only amenity space.
There is an amazing real sense of community.
I feel secure due to the security fobs and great confident and friendly staff.
No particular staff member stands out but throughout my year here each one has shone through.

This property is good value for the ease of use and how easy payment is.
My room and the facilities are awesome.
There are big kitchens for social gatherings and the common room is handy for pool.
There is a good sense of community, admin is always willing to help.
The key fobs for everything and the 24/7 security guy for when you get locked out make me feel secure.
Paddy is always willing to give a hand with pretty much anything.

I like eating at KFC.
I think in comparison to other properties this is a little expensive but valuable.
My room and the facilities are all excellent.
The communal areas I use the most are the laundry, sky sports and pool.
I'd give this 5/5 for community atmosphere.
The outside door does not close itself automatically.

I eat and drink at Dundee Union.
Compared to other property options this is very good value for money.
The rooms and facilities are all of excellent quality.
I use the common room for pool every now and again.
I think the atmosphere here is pretty good, everyone knows everyone.
All members of staff have been so helpful and welcoming.
